Job Details
Responsibilities:
Monthly, quarterly, and annual close, with a mandate to reduce cycle time
ERP implementation from requirements through go-live (chart of accounts, data migration, controls design)
Financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting
AP, AR, payroll, and GL integrity
Tax compliance across corporate, sales, and payroll in multiple states
Budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness
A small accounting team you'll lead, develop, and grow
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ in a managerial role
Hands-on ERP implementation experience
Proven track record of redesigning close processes
Deep GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, strong communicator
