Lead Med Tech (evenings) (lead or supervisor experience who has worked the bench for 5 years or more) $28-$39/hr

Salary: $28 - $39 per hour

• Seeking a Lead Med Tech with experience in a supervisory role and a minimum of 5 years of bench work experience.
• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of the evening shift Med Tech team.
• Ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory guidelines.
• Training and mentoring staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Handling troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
