Registered Dietitian - Midland, TX Area Join our team at a community-focused hospital in West Texas, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse patient population in a supportive, close-knit environment. About the Role We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to plan, direct, and provide high-quality nutritional care to patients of all ages. This role offers a unique blend of inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on serving our nursing home population. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide education to patients, families, and clinical staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes Support both hospital and outpatient nutrition services Schedule Monday-Friday, Day Shift Weekend call rotation: 1 weekend every 3 weeks Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Experience with geriatric or long-term care patients is a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience) $5,000 relocation assistance Full benefits package Stable, full-time permanent position (no contract work) Location Located just 35 miles from Midland-Odessa and about 100 miles from Lubbock, our hospital serves a vibrant West Texas community rooted in oil, gas, and agriculture.
