Job Description Job Description Signature Nursing at Home is looking for a LPN to work 11pm - 7am, and PRN for private duty. The LPN will be responsible for providing one on one patient care, follow the care plan, administer medications, provide documentation, communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and family involved in care, assess and chart vital signs as well as patient condition, and provide wound care.
