As a mental health therapist, you will perform quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment - informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training. Responsibilities * Perform intake assessments * Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children * Create individualized treatment plans for each client * Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments * Record all documentation in EHR System, adequately and timely, to be consistent with billing requirements and practice policy * Adhere to all practice and licensing standards Qualifications * Licensed or Licensed Eligible - must meet residency requirements respective to Board (Counseling or Social Work) * Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar field * Maintain personal professional liability insurance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong planning and organization skills
