Job Responsibilities: * Creating and implementing curriculum in the assigned classroom. * Fulfilling requirements of each student's IEP. * Solid organization skills and ability to delegate. * Use of effective communication to share ideas and strategies with students. * Willingness to learn and implement behavior management techniques. * Teamwork with peers in assigned program to maintain a positive working environment that contributes to student success. * Understanding of computers and willingness to provide in-person and virtual learning opportunities for Company Description We are a private day school that serves students with disabilities in grades K-12.
