Controller – Manufacturing | High-Visibility Leadership Opportunity
Compensation: $180K to $200K + Bonus/Equity
Work Model: Onsite | Arden Hills, MN

We’re partnering with a growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization to identify a Controller who will play a key role in supporting the business and strengthening the accounting function.

This is a high-visibility role with ownership of the US accounting operations and the opportunity to partner closely with leadership while helping continue to improve processes and reporting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing the US accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, and trial balance
• Leading and developing a team across AP, AR, GL, and cost accounting
• Supporting ongoing process improvements across accounting and financial operations
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions
• Assisting with audit, lender reporting, and compliance requirements
• Partnering with operations and leadership to improve visibility into financial performance

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Manufacturing experience with exposure to cost accounting and inventory
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Ability to lead a team while remaining engaged in the day-to-day
• ERP experience (Epicor or similar is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
