Administrative Coordinator

Location: Uxbridge, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $24-$26.00 per hour


About the Role

Cornerstone Truss & Components is looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our fast-paced truss manufacturing facility.

This role sits at the center of our operation—working closely with Sales and Design to ensure jobs are entered accurately, handed off efficiently, and kept on track from start to finish.

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things moving, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role within a growing operation.


What You’ll Do
  • Enter customer and job information into MiTek (job details, timelines, contacts)
  • Coordinate job handoffs between Sales and the Design/Estimating team
  • Track incoming plans and approvals to ensure smooth workflow
  • Scan and manage job documentation in BiSTRACK
  • Serve as a key point of communication across departments
  • Greet visitors and help manage day-to-day activity at the plant


Compensation & Benefits

  • $24-$26.00 per hour

Physical Demands

  • Primarily office-based work with occasional movement throughout the facility
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
  • May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly Wage
