Social Worker (LCSW or LMHC) (Correctional Facility)

Location: Cocoa FL 32927

Shift: Days- 8:00 am-5:30 pm

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $60/ hr ($2400/Week)

Contract: 13 Weeks (with possibly extension)

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• State licensure or certification as a LCSW or LMHC.
• Experience in conducting therapy sessions and behavioral interventions
• Knowledge of art therapy, gender issues counseling, and psychopharmacology is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
