Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for Social Worker LCSW will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Leavenworth, Kansas, this is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Description:

Job Title: Social Worker LCSW (Auto offer)

Location: Leavenworth, Kansas

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Shift: 5x8 Days (8 hrs)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay Range for Traveler: $2,200.00- $2,265.00 Weekly DOE

Job Description

• Provide non-medical clinical mental health services within the facility
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver mental health care services
• Perform duties at a pace consistent with job performance expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Review records and perform inmate interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment

Required Skills

• Corrections experience
• Counselor / Social Worker background

Education & Qualifications

• Master's degree in:
• Social Work
• Psychology
• Mental Health Counseling
• Or related clinical field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Including 2 years in a similar role
• Required Licensure:
• LPC / LCSW / LMFT (state-specific)
