Primary Care Physician - Redefine Healthcare. Reclaim Purpose.

San Jose, CA

$250,000 - $300,000/year

Full-Time Community-Driven Mission-Fueled

This is not your typical clinic job.

This is where medicine meets movement.

This isn't performative care, cultural humility here is real, practiced, and personal.

This is where your work doesn't just treat symptoms, it transforms lives.

We serve individuals and families who are too often overlooked. This role is for a physician who cares not just about outcomes, but about people, stories, and community. Someone who believes healthcare should be human, inclusive, and grounded in compassion. Deliver inclusive primary care, behavioral health, HIV prevention, substance use support, and more, all with real community impact.

Why This Role Matters

You'll be more than a doctor, you'll be a healer, a listener, an advocate, and a teammate all in one. Your patients will remember you not just for your care, but for how deeply you saw and valued them.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Provide compassionate, full-spectrum primary care to individuals and families
  • Lead patient education and inspire meaningful, lasting change
  • Diagnose boldly, treat holistically, and create care plans that honor culture and identity
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated, whole-person care
  • Manage a steady, balanced schedule, seeing approximately 15-20 patients per day with strong team support
  • Contribute to community health events, quality initiatives, and care innovation
  • Participate in occasional on-call rotation as part of a supportive team, with a schedule that offers flexibility and balance

Who You Are (a.k.a. Our Dream Match)

  • A board-certified MD or DO (Family Medicine preferred)
  • Licensed in CA with an active DEA and BLS
  • 2+ years of post-residency experience in Primary Care (but we care more about your mindset than your resume)
  • Passionate about providing fair, inclusive care to people from all backgrounds
  • Fluent in English, and if you speak another language, even better
  • You see every exam room as a chance to connect, empower, and affirm

Perks You'll Actually Care About

Meaningful impact with a diverse, resilient community

A team that values your ideas, your identity, and your boundaries

Space to teach, grow, and lead, inside the exam room and beyond

A culture of inclusion where your work is seen, not just measured

Full-time, on-site role with benefits, structure, and flexibility that respects real life

This is your sign.

To heal with intention.

To finally work somewhere that values your voice, not just your credentials.
