Structured finance at the senior level is defined by range. Most roles do not give you that.
This team does.
A leading global finance platform is looking to add a mid-level associate into its New York structured finance practice. The focus is not on a single product. You will work across CLO, ABS, CMBS and RMBS, building a broader and more commercially useful profile.
That matters. Lawyers who see multiple asset classes early tend to move faster. They understand structure, risk, and execution at a different level, and that translates into stronger positioning as you step into senior roles.
The platform is established. Deal flow is consistent, driven by leading banks, asset managers, and structured credit platforms. You are close to partners, involved in live transactions, and given responsibility that reflects how the practice operates.
The brief is tight. You will have four or more years of structured finance experience with exposure to CLO, ABS, CMBS or RMBS. You are looking to build range, not stay in a narrow lane.
This is not a move for the sake of it. It is for someone who wants to broaden their profile and accelerate towards senior level responsibility.
If that resonates, the conversation is worth having.
