Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $37/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Weekly Hours: 40 Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Key Responsibilities Manage credentialing and privileging for physicians and allied health professionals Process initial applications and reappointments accurately and on time Maintain error-free credential files and ensure regulatory compliance Support provider onboarding (access, training, orientation, badging) Maintain and update medical staff database Ensure compliance with hospital bylaws, policies, and regulatory standards Handle confidential medical staff information with discretion Required Qualifications Experience in medical staff services / credentialing (hospital setting preferred) Knowledge of credentialing, privileging, and compliance processes Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines High level of confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical staff services or related field Associate Degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with acute care hospital environments Certifications Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
