Experienced Full-Time Line Cooks

At Tennessee Grasslands Golf & Country Club, we pride ourselves on delivering an elevated dining experience to our members and guests. From upscale à la carte dining to private events and banquets, our culinary team is committed to quality, consistency, and creativity.

We're looking for experienced line cooks who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in executing dishes at a high level.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Work assigned stations (grill, sauté, pantry, etc.) with efficiency and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
• Assist with prep work and daily kitchen setup/breakdown
• Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service
• Support banquet and special event execution as needed

• 2+ years of line cook experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment restaurant or private club
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
