Global Talent Partners is partnering with a growing independent veterinary group to hire a Regional Veterinary Operations Manager to support and scale practices across Tennessee.
This is a senior, field-based leadership role with real influence. You'll initially oversee 4 practices, with a clear growth plan to 6 sites over the next 12-24 months. If you enjoy being hands-on, visible in clinics, and driving performance through people and process - this role was built for you.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience leading or supporting multiple veterinary practices
- Enjoys being on-site and hands-on with teams
- Wants to help scale an independent veterinary group
- Brings strong commercial, leadership, and operational insight
The role is predominantly practice-based, with frequent travel between Nashville and Memphis. Some admin work can be done from home, but visibility in practices is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across 4 practices, growing to 6 sites
- Drive practice growth, scalability, and performance improvement
- Support Practice Managers with:
- Hiring & team development
- Day-to-day operational challenges
- Leadership coaching & accountability
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement
- Build trust and alignment through a strong on-site presence
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:$100,000-$125,000 (DOE)
- Profit share linked to practice performance
- Earning potential: $200k+ as the group scales

Background & Fit
- Veterinary industry experience is essential
- Proven leadership experience, ideally multi-site
- Backgrounds may include:
- Multi-site practice management
- Regional or area leadership

- Comfortable with frequent travel and a field-based role
