Tennessee Nashville & Memphis Territory

$100,000-$125,000 base + Profit Share

Long-term earning potential: $200k+


Global Talent Partners is partnering with a growing independent veterinary group to hire a Regional Veterinary Operations Manager to support and scale practices across Tennessee.

This is a senior, field-based leadership role with real influence. You'll initially oversee 4 practices, with a clear growth plan to 6 sites over the next 12-24 months. If you enjoy being hands-on, visible in clinics, and driving performance through people and process - this role was built for you.


The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has experience leading or supporting multiple veterinary practices
  • Enjoys being on-site and hands-on with teams
  • Wants to help scale an independent veterinary group
  • Brings strong commercial, leadership, and operational insight

The role is predominantly practice-based, with frequent travel between Nashville and Memphis. Some admin work can be done from home, but visibility in practices is key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across 4 practices, growing to 6 sites
  • Drive practice growth, scalability, and performance improvement
  • Support Practice Managers with:
  • Hiring & team development
  • Day-to-day operational challenges
  • Leadership coaching & accountability
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings
  • Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
  • Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement
  • Build trust and alignment through a strong on-site presence


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary:$100,000-$125,000 (DOE)
  • Profit share linked to practice performance
  • Earning potential: $200k+ as the group scales

Background & Fit

  • Veterinary industry experience is essential
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally multi-site
  • Backgrounds may include:

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and a field-based role
