Key Responsibilities for the Software Engineer

• Tackle Business Challenges: Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions.
• Lead Development Efforts: Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Support and Enhance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.

Qualifications for the Software Engineer:

• 4+ Years of Full Stack Software Engineering Experience
• Proficiency with the .NET tech stack

• Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
• Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus
