Who We're Looking For:1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred not required
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to train, motivate, and hold others accountable
Strong communication and closing skills
High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment
Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required)
