Seeking Physical Therapist for PT-Owned Private Practice

Stamford and Darien, CT Full-Time

Nola Physical Therapy + Performance is a 100% Physical Therapist-owned private practice with four locations across New York City and Connecticut. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Stamford and Darien, CT clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care
  • Build strong, lasting connections with patients
  • Develop customized plans of care using current best practices
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Director on day-to-day clinic operations (with support)
  • Educate and support clinical and administrative staff as needed
  • Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (optional)


Position Requirements
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
  • DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Background in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy preferred


Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000-$120,000 , based on experience, leadership involvement, and caseload
