Nola Physical Therapy + Performance is a 100% Physical Therapist-owned private practice with four locations across New York City and Connecticut. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Stamford and Darien, CT clinics.

- 2 patients per hour treatment model
- One-hour evaluations
- Patient-first approach with no productivity pressure or forced sales

- Collaborate with the Director on day-to-day clinic operations (with support)
- Educate and support clinical and administrative staff as needed
- Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (optional)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
- DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Background in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy preferred
- Salary range: $80,000-$120,000 , based on experience, leadership involvement, and caseload
