The purpose of the Sales & Marketing Operations position is to provide administrative support for sales/marketing and account management related activities, in order to free up the Sales/Marketing Directors and General Managers time to focus on higher value activities.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis position will support the Sales and Marketing effort at Lanlogic You will be expected to manage your time well and communicate openly and frequently. Duties will include maintaining prospect and client lists, assisting with marketing event planning, telemarketing, completing various web research projects, posting to various social sites, sourcing/creating/editing marketing content, preparing/administering online surveys, preparing and distributing reports, updating pricing lists and communicating with both internal team members and clients alike. There will be other administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
