Intern - Human Resources

The HR Intern is a fully integrated member of the Human Resources team, providing hands-on support across employee engagement, events, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent initiatives. This role is designed to deliver real-world HR experience by contributing meaningfully to active projects, daily operations, and strategic initiatives while developing core HR capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

HR Program & Operations Support

• Actively support day-to-day HR operations across multiple HR disciplines, contributing to deliverables that directly impact employees and leaders.

Employee Engagement & Events Execution

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications that strengthen culture and employee experience.

Compensation & Benefits Exposure and Support

• Support compensation and benefits activities including data preparation, audits, communication support, and process documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

HR Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Support HR reporting, data validation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort learning HR systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
