Studios Operation Manager

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient studio functioning.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote studio events and classes.
• Monitor inventory and manage supplies to ensure readiness for classes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Track financial performance and manage budgets effectively.

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
