Finance Supervisor

Four Seasons Resort Hual?lai is seeking a Finance Supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a member of our Finance team, you will support critical payroll and accounting functions while contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate with third-party processors to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing for the resort
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related reports
• Review daily payroll bank transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Record journal entries, manage accruals, and support month-end close activities
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and assist with internal and external audits
• Support daily cashiering functions and participate in regular inventory counts
• Deliver training to managers on payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all departments while upholding Four Seasons EmPact standards

What To Bring

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Degree or background in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent training
• One to three years of experience in an accounting, finance, or payroll-related role
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll laws, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to critically think and problem-solve

• Ability to meet physical requirements for a primarily sedentary role with occasional movement
