Telefric Barcelona Restaurant Group, is now hiring a Bar Manager for one of our locations in the United States. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Supervise day-to-day activities. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit. Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Coach, lead and develop restaurant team. Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. Bar Manager Compensation $60,000 to $72,000, based on experience. Medical insurance. Transfer to USA. Visa support.
