Accounting Manager

You will lead and evolve our international manufacturing accounting teams located in Costa Rica, Mexico and China.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the execution of the accounting strategy within each region, working closely with your leaders, located in each country, to ensure their plans align to corporate goals. Responsibilities include leading high performing teams, building and maintaining relationships across the organization, attracting, hiring, and developing top talent, developing strategic plans and driving improvement projects, being responsible for the general ledger for accounting across multiple legal entities, completing financial analysis, balancing account reconciliations, planning and managing the efficient conduct of financial audits, ensuring completion, planning and managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for these entities, planning and managing statutory activities and financial compliance across these jurisdictions, and taking initiative to problem solve and affect change when needed.

Requirements include a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or a Master's degree in Accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, having international experience a plus, and experience in customs compliance a plus. Benefits include medical, life, dental, vision, and 401k.
