Creative Repair Specialist / Technician

As a Creative Repair Specialist, you'll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi-family properties to residential homes, you'll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. We're hiring for full-time roles to keep up with growing demand.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, making them look like new.
• Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence.
• Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.

• A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail. (Art background can help you accelerate)
• A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? No problemwe'll train you!).
• Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team with an excellent work ethic.
• The desire to serve by going the extra mile - Making our customers happy may take a little extra, we want folks you love going home at the end of the day knowing how happy they made their customer.
