We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition in-house at a direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce company in the health and wellness space, operating a large, multi-brand product catalog and scaling through digital acquisition. This is a highly hands-on, in-platform role for someone who has directly managed paid media not just strategy with deep execution experience inside the platforms. The primary focus is Paid Search (Google Ads), with Paid Social (Meta) planned as a key growth channel. This role requires someone who understands true DTC ecommerce performance driving revenue from ad ? product/category page ? cart ? checkout across a high-SKU environment.
