The Role: Lead Preschool TeacherAs a Preschool Lead Teacher, you are the architect of school readiness and a facilitator of wonder. Working with children ages 3 to 5, your role is to move beyond rote memorization to inspire "big thinking." You will lead a classroom that emphasizes STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), literacy, and independence, ensuring every child is socially and academically prepared for the transition to kindergarten.Key ResponsibilitiesInquiry-Based Instruction: Use the Wonder of Learning framework to build lesson plans that follow the children's interestswhether they are curious about how a seed grows or how a bridge stays up.Kindergarten Readiness: Focus on executive function skills, such as problem-solving, emotional self-regulation, and collaborative play, alongside foundational literacy and numeracy.Classroom Leadership: Create a vibrant, organized, and emotionally safe learning environment.
