Team Member Role and Responsibilities

As a BaySport Physical Therapist at our Los Gatos clinic, you'll work in a modern, open-space environment designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and high-quality care. You'll join a dedicated, close-knit team that prioritizes patient outcomes, teamwork, and a welcome atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Our clinic specializes in the prevention and treatment of sports and general orthopedics. Each member of our staff is carefully selected for their professional and dedicated to high principles and standards of practice. There is a strong emphasis on providing a safe, calm, and friendly environment for everyone who enters our facility, employees and patients alike. Therapists have access to a complete line of cardiovascular and strength equipment, Pilates apparatus, and more, to develop creative, effective, individualized treatment plans.

To provide our patients with the best experience, we are asking for the following requirements:

• Current California Physical Therapy License
• Current continuing education courses relevant to the specific outpatient client setting
• Good clinical references
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Treatment style complimentary to specific clinic settings

Physical Requirements:

• Moderate computer use and documentation
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
• Occasional exposure to bodily fluids
• Ability to lift, push, pull, kneel, and bend as needed
