Medical Laboratory Technician
Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the team at in Manchester, CT 06040. This is a 13-week travel opportunity to work with Chemistry/Generalist or Hematology/Generalist laboratory team.
Job Summary
This role involves performing complex laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy of results, and supporting patient care through high-quality diagnostic services in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests in chemistry and general lab areas
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control procedures
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Perform specimen processing, testing, and result validation
- Document results accurately in the Meditech LIS system
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in laboratory data
- Maintain compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Required Qualifications
- ASCP Certification (MT or MLT required)
- Minimum 3+ years of laboratory experience
- Strong experience in chemistry and generalist laboratory functions
- Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and systems

Additional Information:
- Location: Manchester, CT 06040
- Shift: Days: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM/ Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (5x8 shifts)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Local Pay range: $50-$56/hour
Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
Travel Gross Pay: $2300 - $2500/Week
