Position: Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Originator

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with a minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high‑balance and jumbo mortgage transactions ($5–6M+) and working with complex client financial profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans
• Handle high‑value mortgage transactions
• Advise clients on mortgage products and lending solutions
• Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with internal banking and wealth management teams
• Build and maintain client and referral relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience
• Experience with jumbo or high‑balance loans
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
• Client‑facing experience with large or complex accounts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain
