United Water Restoration Group of Missouri City is a fast-growing, privately owned restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. Now, we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our reach and strengthen relationships within the community.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Get Out in the Community Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals.
- Drive Business Growth Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
- Create a Winning Sales Strategy Plan and schedule follow-ups to nurture and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Host & Attend Events Help organize marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.
- Support the Customer Experience Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow-through.
- Track Your Success Log interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required)
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record

- 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience Preferred (but NOT required)
- Experience in the Restoration Industry is a Plus
