Product Development Coordinator

TWP is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to assist in the development of our sample collections. This position will report to the Director of Product Development. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to learn quickly and multitask.

Primary duties, including, but not limited to:

Help with the development of four seasonal collections, and any exclusive collections or collaborations, from sketch/swatch to finished garments.

Input and maintain styles/BOMs in RLM/CUBIX from initial tech pack to handoff with production.

Support design team by providing patterns, raw materials, sew by samples and in daily communications.

Organize and maintain digitizing of patterns, label samples, update sample WIP report.

Help with the allocation of patterns and sample cutting/sewing between our atelier and outside factories and freelancers.

Work with raw materials team to plan around fabric and trim arrival to the atelier.

Attend regular internal meetings with cross-functional teams.

Flag any issues with patterns, samples, construction, fabrics, trims to PD Director and RM team as early as possible.

Daily visits to local factories to drop off materials and pick up samples.

Qualifications/Requirements:

2-3 years experience in Product Development role.

A desire to learn and succeed.

Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Basic knowledge of garment construction and patterns.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-growing company.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP/PLM system experience preferred.
