Position Overview

We're hiring a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional, high-touch patient experience in a physician-led precision medical practice in Miami Beach.

This is a role that combines front desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, and internal healthcare operations in a fast-paced, detail-oriented clinical environment. The right candidate is warm, polished, highly organized, and capable of wearing multiple hats while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

This is not a traditional front desk role. You will be working directly with a physician-led team in a high-touch private membership practice where attention to detail, discretion, and patient experience are central to everything we do.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, elevated in-clinic experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, referrals, and calendar flow
  • Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate with patients clearly and courteously by phone, email, and text
  • Support workflow and daily clinic operations
  • Maintain organized schedules, office forms, supplies, and administrative records
  • Ensure front desk, lobby, and clinical spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Assist with coordination needs in a growing, dynamic clinical environment

  • Prior experience in a medical, healthcare, or other high-touch client-facing role
  • Strong professionalism, discretion, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort taking ownership and anticipating needs rather than waiting to be directed
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict confidentiality


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in healthcare, administration, hospitality, concierge service, wellness operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, concierge, hospitality, or similar patient-facing/client-facing setting preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and front desk medical operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across clinical and administrative needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology and clinic workflows to support accurate communication with physicians and patients
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, longevity, and delivering a personalized patient experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace within a macOS-based environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a medical receptionist, patient coordinator, or in concierge medicine, aesthetic medicine, wellness, or other high-touch private practice settings
  • Comfort with digital communication, modern workflows, and a refined brand environment
  • Confidence interacting with discerning patients and supporting a premium service experience

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role averaging approximately 40 hours per week.

Daily schedules may vary based on clinic operations and patient volume. Some days may require extended hours, while others may be shorter, with the overall schedule structured to maintain an approximately 40-hour workweek.

Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as this role supports a dynamic, patient-centered clinical environment.


Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience and overall fit.

This role is eligible for performance-based bonus opportunity of up to approximately 15-20% of base salary annually, aligned with both individual performance and the growth of the practice. Compensation is structured to reward reliability, professionalism, and meaningful contribution to the growth of the practice.


Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who wants more than a standard front desk position. As 4th Street Medical grows, there will be an opportunity to take on increased responsibility, including oversight of front desk operations and coordination of additional front office team members as the practice expands.
