We’re partnering with a high-growth, pre-revenue manufacturing startup seeking a foundational accounting hire to build and own the entire function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a builder environment and wants ownership.

Manufacturing Accountant / Lead Accountant Responsibilities
• Own full accounting cycle: GL, AP/AR, month-end close
• Manage inventory, cost accounting, and COGS in a manufacturing setting
• Build intercompany structure and reconcile multi-entity activity
• Lead NetSuite as system of record and manage integrations
• Develop SOPs, internal controls, and scalable processes
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready financials
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
• Support cash flow, margin analysis, and external reporting

Manufacturing Accountant / Lead Accountant Qualifications
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory (manufacturing)
• NetSuite experience (implementation or heavy use)
• Ability to manage full accounting cycle independently
• Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-paced setting
