Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager – Asset Management:
• Oversee accounting for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
• Manage asset reconciliations and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
• Support month‑end and year‑end close related to asset activity
• Partner with operations and leadership on asset tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Assist with audits and financial reporting tied to asset management
