Account Services Coordinator
About the RoleJoin a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on delivering high-quality support within medical receivables and case management. The Account Services Coordinator partners closely with healthcare providers to manage data, ensure compliance, and deliver “white glove” service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Services CoordinatorCase Management & Data Support
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to support provider case servicing
- Maintain and update provider portfolios across multiple systems
- Conduct external research using databases to gather and verify case information
Provider & Partner Communication
- Manage high-touch (“white glove”) email communications with providers and partners
- Coordinate with provider partnerships to ensure case compliance and service standards are met
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and servicing leadership
Team & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Account Services Coordinator Lead
- Assist with audits, special projects, and cross-team collaboration (including Customer Success and Servicing teams)
- Participate in company compliance audits and ensure adherence to HIPAA and internal standards
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support weekly audit tracking and monthly team reporting
- Participate in regular team meetings and performance discussions
- Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc initiatives as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Preferred Background for an Account Services Coordinator- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Legal, Economics or related field)
- 1+ year of experience in the legal industry (personal injury litigation preferred)
- Experience with medical receivables or healthcare-related data is a plus
- Strong customer service background required
