- Translate mission needs into scalable, production-grade solutions deployed in real operational environments.
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous delivery pipelines.
Operate at the Center of Complexity
- Navigate a multi-stakeholder, high-visibility environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Influence decisions at the senior Government and executive level.
- Resolve cross-domain challenges spanning technology, mission, and operations.

- Experience managing cost-reimbursable programs with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, DevSecOps, data engineering, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams (software, data, cyber, systems engineering).
- Experience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks.
