Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team in efficiently managing tax law cases. The role involves preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communications between clients and attorneys. The Legal Administrative Assistant will also manage administrative tasks and provide timely assistance to ensure smooth daily operations of the firm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with tax law or related legal fields is preferred
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members professionally
  • Highly proficient in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with digital tools and secure document sharing platforms
  • Previous experience in a legal or tax-focused environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
