• Consult with families making important life-planning decisions
• Sell cemetery real estate and funeral care products
• Conduct phone and Microsoft Teams appointments
• Meet families in person to finalize arrangements
• Manage your own pipeline and schedule
• Prospect and close consistently

This is consultative, relationship-driven selling not transactional retail sales. Who This Is For We're looking for professionals who:

• Have 5+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
• Can prove past quota performance
• Are comfortable prospecting and closing
• Work independently without needing supervision
• Are confident on the phone and via video
• Possess empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Are motivated by commission and performance
