Digital Marketing Client Strategist

In this role, you'll own the post-sale client experience, serving as a trusted advisor who plans, optimizes, and evolves multi-channel advertising campaigns across search, display, social, and digital/print media. Your mission: ensure clients consistently achieve and exceed their marketing goals through smart strategy, clear insights, and strong execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own the client relationship post-sale, partnering closely with Sales to deliver against shared business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, questions, and performance conversations
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and compelling recommendations during weekly and monthly reviews
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Post-Sales Optimization, Ad Operations, and Digital Solutions teams
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and new marketing strategies that maximize ROI
  • Ensure a consistent and effective marketing message across paid search, display, social, organic, and O&O media
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies in real time
  • Communicate confidently with backend teams to resolve issues and continuously improve outcomes
  • Stay agile and adaptable as digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies evolve
What You Bring
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and apply business processes, marketing concepts, and technology
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and consultative communication
  • Hands-on expertise with digital advertising platforms (Search, Display, Social, GA4, Marketing Management Systems)
  • Comfort analyzing performance data and making strategic, data-backed recommendations
  • A track record of improving campaigns throughout their lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • A passion for streamlining workflows and improving processes
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • 3+ years of client-facing account management or service experience
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics certified (or willing to maintain certification)

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000, and $55,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
