Program Business Manager Jobs

Experience providing consultation on complex projects and is considered to be top level contributor / specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of the technology to the current and future business environments is necessary. Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices and defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program is also required. Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested and advising the PMO on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes is also necessary. Experience with optimizing the timing of the release of new deliverables into business operations is required.

Required education/certifications include: Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience. Full Performance / Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience. Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience. Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 53,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
