About the Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian (RDN/LDN) to support a senior living facility in Tallahassee, FL. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and organized professional who values patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments for new admissions and annual reviews
• Manage high-risk residents (weight loss, tube feeding, dialysis, wounds)
• Provide nutrition consults and monitor supplement use
• Support survey preparation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete quarterly reporting and participate in weight meetings
• Deliver dietary in-services and staff education
• Collaborate closely with the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
• Perform monthly quality assurance activities related to food service

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) required
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Knowledge of tube feeding, dialysis, and wound care nutrition
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) EMR is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
