As part of the production team at Apex, you will plan, coordinate, and execute events (both in-person and virtual) while managing strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment that demands high quality, creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
We’re seeking a Producer / Venue Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our client experience/production venue. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will act as the primary client contact, managing the venue, coordinating requests, overseeing logistics, and ensuring seamless program execution. You’ll serve as the overall producer onsite, partnering with internal teams and knowing who to call when vehicles, equipment, or other resources need attention, while also maintaining venue readiness through supply management and catering coordination.
In addition to venue responsibilities, you will support other Apex live events, trainings, and client projects as a Producer, helping deliver programs from start to finish.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do....
- Manage the venue, ensuring it is ready, organized, and fully operational for all programs.
- Act as the direct client contact, coordinating day-to-day requests and expectations.
- Step into the producer role as needed, leading onsite programs, events, and activations.
- Support projects from conception through execution, including other Apex live events, trainings, and client programs.
- Research and present creative event options, venues, and collateral.
- Support the creation, tracking, and management of budgets, productions schedules, deliverables lists, communication plans and overall project plans.
- Support meeting agendas, communications, and internal/external coordination.
- Provide onsite leadership for events and programs, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Stock the venue with necessary supplies and maintain general operational readiness.
- Coordinate catering, including ordering, contract management, and vendor communication.

Location
- This is a full-time, in-office role in Dallas, TX.
