Junior Marketing Representative

As a part of our Junior Marketing Representative team, you would be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop real-world business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Our team provides structured, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence in communication, relationship-building, and performance-based sales strategies. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in the execution of our client's in-store marketing campaigns
• Greet customers with professionalism and integrity
• Effectively communicate with customers in a retail setting and present products and services tailored to their need
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products
• Work with internal departments to meet individual and team sales goals
• Communicate with customers to generate sales leads

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Sales, customer service, and marketing experience is a plus
