Lead Digital Media Producer

Lead Digital Media Producer | Fairfax, VA(Hybrid)

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to identify a Lead Digital Media Producer who brings strong agency-level expertise, exceptional production judgment, and the ability to lead high-visibility multimedia initiatives from concept through execution.

This role requires a strategic producer who can confidently manage vendors, assess scopes of work, negotiate fair and transparent production costs, and ensure flawless delivery of premium photo and video content aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multimedia production projects including video, photography, and digital content creation

• Direct all phases of production: planning, budgeting, scheduling, talent coordination, logistics, and execution

• Manage external production vendors, review quotes/contracts, and drive cost efficiency without compromising quality

• Oversee studio and field productions including crew, equipment, lighting, audio, call sheets, and shot planning

• Facilitate creative development sessions and translate business needs into compelling visual storytelling

• Build and manage project timelines, KPIs, dashboards, and stakeholder communications

• Partner with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful delivery

• Identify emerging production technologies and recommend scalable, high-value solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agency or corporate multimedia production environments

• Proven success producing high-impact content with multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines

• Strong expertise in vendor management, budgeting, contracts, and production operations

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrixed organizations

• Exceptional communication, organization, and executive presence

• Sound judgment, professionalism, and composure in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pre/post-production tools and editing platforms

• Background in videography, sound production, and non-linear editing

• Experience coaching/interviewing on-camera talent

• Familiarity with virtual production or teleconferencing technologies
