Key Responsibilities

• Precision Packaging: Lead the design and structural packaging for ruggedized systems containing integrated electrical and mechanical components.
• Thermal Analysis: Execute and interpret detailed thermal simulations to ensure hardware reliability under stringent military-grade environmental conditions.
• Lifecycle Documentation: Generate comprehensive build-to drawings and technical data packages (TDPs).
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Partner with vendors to resolve performance or reliability issues and oversee the procurement of custom-machined parts.
• Cross-Functional Optimization: Collaborate directly with hardware designers to optimize circuit card layouts, focusing specifically on heat dissipation and thermal mitigation strategies.
