This role will be responsible for financial reporting, supporting fund and management accounting operations, and overseeing tax and audit processes. Job Description

Position Summary

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for the oversight and integrity of financial reporting, accounting activities, investment-related documentation, and regulatory compliance across multiple legal entities. This role ensures alignment between financial statements and accounting records, manages tax and audit processes, and supports jurisdictional reporting requirements in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure accurate reconciliation between financial reporting outputs and underlying accounting records.

• Manage and monitor investment commitments, including the review and maintenance of related legal and financial documentation.

• Assume responsibility for the review, oversight, and integrity of all accounting entities within the organization.

• Lead tax compliance and audit processes, serving as a primary liaison for internal audit functions and external auditors.

• Support financial and regulatory reporting obligations across relevant local, national, and international jurisdictions.

• Analyze financial statements received from investment funds and external entities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; preferred Masters

• Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

• Experience overseeing multi-entity and/or fund-related accounting environments

• Strong knowledge of tax and audit processes

• High level of analytical ability and attention to detail

• Strong Spanish communication skills
