Intern (Human Resources)

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for summer 2026 to support HR operations for a semiconductor manufacturing company across two locations in Lowell and Lawrence, MA. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn from a team of HR professionals, with primary support (approximately 80% of time) at the Lowell facility.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and data entry
• Support recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications, including designing flyers
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
• Provide support for a range of HR projects and operational tasks as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or a related field
• Ability to work on-site 2040 hours per week; this is a fully in-office (non-remote) position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities with minimal notice
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay Range:

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17/hr - $19/hr.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
