Primary Care Physicians
to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to veterans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with VA policies.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligible).
Commitment to veteran-centered care and team collaboration.
