A growing boutique litigation firm in Houston is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney (5+ years) with experience in business, real estate, or construction disputes.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to step into a high-responsibility, client-facing role, working on complex commercial matters within a firm that is actively expanding.

The Role

You will handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including:

• Business disputes and contract litigation

• Commercial and residential real estate matters

• Construction-related disputes

• Case management from inception through trial

• Direct client interaction and strategic involvement

The firm operates on an hourly billing model (no contingency work), with a strong focus on results-driven litigation and client engagement.
